​Managing Your SmartCarePlus Settings

The Settings section in SmartCarePlus allows users to manage their profile, notifications, security, support, and account preferences. Below is an overview of each section and its functionality.

β€‹πŸ‘€ Profile

The Profile section displays the user’s profile picture, full name, and WhatsApp number. Tapping on it redirects to the Profile Update, where users can update their profile picture, name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, and email.

β€‹πŸ”” Notifications

The Notifications section redirects to the Notification Settings, where users can configure their notification preferences.

β€‹πŸ”‘ Change Password

The Change Password option allows users to update their password securely. When selected, a dialog box appears, prompting users to enter their current password followed by a new password to complete the update.

β€‹πŸ› οΈ Support & Feedback

For assistance and feedback, several options are available. Contact Support redirects users to the Support page for help. Users can Give Feedback through the Feedback Form, Request a Feature via the Feature Request, and Report a Bug through the Bug Report. If a user wishes to delete their account, they can request this via the Account Deletion page.

Users can find general information in the FAQs. Legal and privacy-related details are available under the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

The Logout option signs the user out of their account and redirects them to the login screen.

At the bottom of the settings, the App Version is displayed, providing information about the currently installed version of SmartCarePlus. This section is for reference only and is not clickable.
