Configuring Notification Preferences
SmartCarePlus allows users to manage their notification preferences using toggle switches. By enabling or disabling specific notifications, you can stay informed without unnecessary alerts.
⚙️ Accessing Notification Settings
- Open Settings by navigating to the drawer menu and tapping on Settings at the bottom.
- Select Notifications to open the notification preferences screen.
📩 Managing Notification Preferences
Each notification option is displayed as a tile with a switch widget, allowing you to turn notifications on or off as needed. The available options depend on your account type:
- Chat Notifications (All Users) – Toggle this switch to enable or disable notifications for messages and conversations.
- New Orders (Pharmacy Only) – Turn this on to receive alerts when a new order is placed.
- Order Updates (Pharmacy & Patients) – Enable this to get notified when an order status changes or updates.
