Managing a growing pharmacy inventory? SmartCarePlus gives you a clean, organized view of all medicines added to your system — complete with essential specs to help you track, identify, and manage your stock efficiently.
📋 Step 1: Open the Drawer Menu
Start by tapping the drawer menu from the app’s main screen. This menu provides access to your inventory and key modules.
💊 Step 2: Tap on "Medicines"
Scroll through the drawer and select the Medicines option under the Inventory section. This will take you to the screen where all your added medicines are listed.
🧾 Step 3: View All Medicines
You’ll now see a scrollable list of medicine tiles. Each tile includes key information at a glance to help you identify and manage your medicines easily:
- 🏷️ Medicine Name
- 💡 (if available):
- Generic Name
- Brand Name
- Manufacturer Name
- Form (e.g., Tablet, Syrup)
- Route (e.g., Oral, Topical)
- Strength (e.g., 500mg, 5ml)
This streamlined display gives you a quick reference without needing to tap into each item — perfect for pharmacists and admins managing large catalogs.
🔍 Step 4: Filter & Search Medicines
At the top of the screen, you'll find a search and filter bar. This makes it super easy to narrow down the list — especially when you're dealing with hundreds of medicines.
You can filter medicines using:
- 🔤 Medicine Name
- 🧬 Generic Name
- 🏷️ Brand Name
- 🏭 Manufacturer Name
- 💊 Form (e.g., Tablet, Injection, Syrup)
- ➡️ Route (e.g., Oral, IV, Topical)
- 🧾 HSN Code
Just start typing, and SmartCarePlus will update the list instantly.
👆 Step 5: Tap to Explore Medicine Details
Tap any medicine tile to open its detailed view. In the medicine profile screen, you’ll find:
- Complete specifications (strength, route, form, tax rate, schedule)
- Package and sub-package pricing details
- Stock tracking with expiry and batch info
- Options to edit, add stock, or delete the medicine
