Editing Health Facility in SmartCarePlus

SmartCarePlus makes it simple to keep your health facility’s information accurate and up to date. This guide walks you through each step to edit your facility details efficiently.


🔹 Step 1: Access Health Facilities

Start by opening the drawer menu in the app. Locate and tap on the Health Facilities option to view a list of all the health facilities currently registered under your account.


🔎 Step 2: Find the Health Facility You Want to Edit

Browse or use the search feature to locate the specific health facility whose information you want to update. Accurate identification of the facility is important to avoid editing the wrong records.


🏢 Step 3: Select the Facility

Tap on the tile of the health facility you wish to edit. This action will take you to the Health Facility Details page, where you can view all the existing information related to that facility.


⚙️ Step 4: Open the Actions Menu

On the Health Facility Details page, look to the top right corner near the heading. Tap on the menu icon (usually three vertical dots). This will open a dropdown menu with further options.


✍️ Step 5: Edit Information

From the dropdown menu, select the Edit option. You will be able to update various details such as the facility name, address, contact information, licensing details, operating hours, and more. Make sure to provide accurate and up-to-date information.


👀 Step 6: View Preview

After making your edits, the system will display a preview of the updated information. Review this carefully to ensure all changes are correct and complete before finalizing.


✅ Step 7: Update and Save

Once you are satisfied with the changes, tap the Update button to save the new information. Your health facility’s details will now be updated in SmartCarePlus and reflected wherever the facility is referenced in the system.
