Deleting a Health Facility in SmartCarePlus

SmartCarePlus allows you to remove a health facility from your account when it is no longer needed. Follow these steps carefully to delete a health facility securely.


🔹 Step 1: Access Health Facilities

Open the drawer menu in the app and tap on the Health Facilities option to see the list of all facilities linked to your account.


🔎 Step 2: Find the Health Facility You Want to Delete

Browse through the list or use the search function to locate the specific health facility you wish to remove. Double-check to ensure you select the correct facility, as deletion is permanent.


🏢 Step 3: Select the Facility

Tap on the tile of the health facility you want to delete to open its detailed information page.


⚙️ Step 4: Open the Menu

On the Health Facility Details page, look for the menu icon (three vertical dots) located in the top right corner next to the page heading. Tap on it to reveal more options.


🗑️ Step 5: Delete Health Facility

From the dropdown menu, select the Delete option. This action initiates the process of removing the facility from your account.


⚠️ Step 6: Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear warning you that this action is irreversible. Carefully read the message and if you are sure, tap Confirm to permanently delete the health facility.


✔️ Deletion Successful

The health facility has now been deleted from SmartCarePlus. It will no longer appear in your list of facilities, and all associated data will be removed from your account.


Please note that deleting a health facility is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you have backed up or exported any important data before proceeding.
